Nivaro Wallet is a custodial crypto wallet that runs as a Telegram Mini App. Users sign in with Telegram. Balances are kept by the operator. There is no seed phrase.

The operator is published (sole proprietor Medvedev S.V., INN 672907378776). A missing banking license is disclosed on purpose: ИП is not a bank. That fact alone does not mean the domain is a drain-script or a “pay tax to withdraw” scam. Those scam patterns are explicitly rejected.
